Basically, if the weapon is going to be a success then you can retrieve it about 2-10 minutes after you put refine in, the more of a "success" it is, the quicker you can retrieve it - if it runs the full 30 minutes, there a chance that it could break

Just an idea. .. Why not just keep the same name and let people know that it is under new management? By the looks of things you guys sorted the problem regarding the players in question. By the looks of it you don't seem to have many in game issue.
