EVERYONE has this document so before some one cries I cant find it or I don't have it check YOUR game client folder!!!!.
WARNING!!!!!
FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER, AS NO SUPPORT WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE OTHER CHANGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1) Open game client folder!
2) Look for a text document called ....KeyBinds.ini .... should be just under the sound folder!!
3) Double click the KeyBinds.ini so that it opens!!!!
4) Now the tricky part... You need to do ONE of TWO things .... either manually locate [Belt1] or search for it using the find options. ****
5) Once you have located the [Belt1] you will need to change ONLY ONE THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6) You need to change RequireShift=2 to RequireShift=0 .... its that simple.
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!

For those of you who wish to use the search feature in notepad, but are unsure here is how you do it.
ALONG THE TOP OF THE NOTEPAD YOU WILL FIND THE FOLLOWING!!!
File Edit Format View Help
You will need the Edit .....click on Edit and a drop down menu will appear.
Look for Find CrtlF
Click it...a new window opens.....saying Find what: ... put BELT1 into that box and click FIND NEXT.
That simple
For those of u feeling slightly braver..... just use CtrlF
and change .............
RequireShift=2
TO THE FOLLOWING
RequireShift=0
