Whenever I start the client, the patcher shows up and changes Vengeance.exe to OldClient.exe and stops working. I tried running it as admin and that didn't work. I don't get an error in Error.txt after it stops working.

Have you downloaded the new Vengeance.exe and MirConfig.ini files and overwritten your old ones?

yes she did all that none worked at all.i found a fix for it and its now working for her

Hi as some people are having issues with the above it took hours to work out a fix and were finaly able to crack it. in the mir2config. scroll down to Launcher section. under Launcher it says
Enabled=True
please change it to
Enabled=False
and save. please note this bypasses the launcher and thus bypasses the patcher. to patch again you need to change back to true.if the above then gives wrong client version please use the new client.and it should work!

I think client is not compatible with OS. OS is blocking the client and stopping it. Here are details of error |

Solo mate is there any chance you could drop me a message of when u will be on, and could you download Team Viewer so that I can see exactly what is going with regards to the downloader please. That way I can figure out why only some people are getting this issue and not everyone. Cheers

I had a similar promblem running on win 8.1 x64.
I made a copy of the Vengeance.exe file in the same folder then ran the copy, not the original. The updater now seems to be working for me.
